These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transformation TOEFL website and products ("the Service"), operated by an individual sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, contact liyi@transformation-english.com.

1. What we provide

Transformation TOEFL provides web-based TOEFL practice software: online mock tests, question-type practice tools, and automated scoring and feedback on written and spoken responses. The Service is for personal exam-preparation use.

2. Not affiliated with ETS

TOEFL is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). Transformation TOEFL is an independent preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ETS. Our mock tests are practice materials designed to resemble the exam format; they are not official TOEFL tests, and scores produced by our tools are estimates for practice purposes, not official results.

3. Access and accounts

• Paid access is delivered as a personal access key, valid for the stated period (currently 31 days) from the first time it is used.
• Your access key is for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell, or publish it.
• You are responsible for keeping your key reasonably private.

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing and applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short, once an access key has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable, as the digital content has already been delivered.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the test content or materials;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content and results

The responses you submit are processed to generate feedback and are stored so you can review your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. The test questions, materials, and software remain our property.

7. Automated feedback disclaimer

Scoring and feedback are generated with the help of automated (AI) tools. While we aim for them to be useful and reasonably accurate, they are estimates for practice and may contain errors. They do not guarantee any particular result on the actual TOEFL exam.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes on the actual TOEFL exam. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
